Job Description

  • Represents the company at customers' sites to support company’s products
  •  Applying company’s Servo System to customer machine tools by studying customer requirements and specific needs
  •  Participate in presale engagements
  •  Demonstrate products; Train customers and new engineers
  •  Provide feedback to management and customers

 

Required Skills:

  •  Engineer with 3-5 year hands-on experience in machine automation and servo drives and motors
  •  Experience with controllers - ‘PC’ based and ‘close system’ e.g. Syntec, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Siemens is a big plus
  •  Highly motivated and independent 
  •  Must be able to communicate well in English (speaking, reading and writing)  
  •  Pre- sale experience is a plus
  •  Maintain product and company reputation by complying with company’s ethical values

Design Validation Engineer

 

Job Description

Position objective:

  • Validation of company products' HW and SW design

Activities:

  • Definition of tests required for design validation
  • Testing of new designs HW functionality and reliability
  • Development (both HW and SW) of automatic software testing tools
  • Agency compliance testing: EMC and Safety
  • Creation and maintenance of related documentation

 

Interconnections:

  • Working in constant contact with R&D HW and SW design teams
  • Close collaboration with project management, engineering, purchasing and production departments
  • Contact with customers, external suppliers and contractors

 

Required Skills:

  • B.Sc Electrical Engineering
  • 4- 5 years experience in testing
  • Experience with LabVIEW
  • Knowledge in Analog design - Advantage

Sales and Marketing Manager for Servotronix China Offices-

Servotronix Motion Technology Development (Shenzhen) Ltd. (SMTD)

 

Job Description

Position objectives:

  • Regionally focused position engaged in the development and deployment of marketing programs, promotions and events.  This position assists in the development of the regional sales and marketing strategies

Activities:

  • Management of China MarCom budget.
  • Development of promotion plans and processes necessary for implementation of the plans.
  • Tradeshows-  Recommend the tradeshow SMTD should attendant, conduct research, develop and maintain tradeshows schedule, plan & prepare the equipment & documents for each show.
  • Develop, manage and distribute market research as needed to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Development and management of various marketing projects as assigned.
  • Prepare and disseminate corporate and product information through periodicals and other relevant forms of media (press releases, white papers, case studies, etc.)

 

Required Skills:

  • Write and speak English fluently as well as Mandarin Chinese.
  • Good technical understanding of motion control principles or at minimum have a technical background.
  •  Negotiation skills.
  •  High degree of interpersonal skills, with a high level of energy.
  •  Communicate strategy and plans to internal and external personnel as needed.
  •  Critical thinking, problem solving and organization are important attributes required of this position.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 4 year engineering degree or business / marketing / communications degree with technical background.
  • Must have previous experience working with or within an industrial manufacturing concern, Industrial automation is a plus.

Job Description:

Position Objectives:

  • Responsible for warehouse department. Compile department work plan and budget. Regulate and continually improve work procedures and rules in the warehouse.


Activities:

  • Monitor and manage daily business. E.g. receive materials, stock check, material feeding, packing, delivery, account...
  • Inventory control and analysis. Highlight stock problematic issues in advance.
  • Maintain and operate ERP. Ensure real inventory information is shared timely and correctly. Ensure that account, material card and material information is aligned.
  • Ensure that material status is well known, and that goods are kept safely. Make sure no damage, no missing, no obsolete and so on exists.
  • Propose continual improvement method and skill. Improve efficiency and cut down cost.
  • Evaluate employee KPI and train employees.
  • Cooperate and communicate with other business departments.
  • Compile warehouse layout and sort goods clearly.
  • Other task assigned by leader.


Required Skills

  • Skill in office software. E.g excel, Powerpoint.
  • Good communication and cooperation capabilities; Can work under pressure.
  • Team work spirit. Strong responsibility and execution capabilities.
  • Positive and solves problem skillfully.
  • Familiar with ERP operation.

North America Sales Manager

 

Job Description

Position Objectives:

  • Manage Servotronix’s NA sales center
  • US residence is required, preferable in the Chicago area 

 

Activities:

  • Establish and manage the NA sales and support center.
  • Responsible for maintaining / increasing sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts within the industrial and distribution channels. 
  • Effectively works and communicates with the sales channel and customers to facilitate conflict issues, returns, credit or other sales related issues within company policy and practice.
  • Proactively works with the sales channel focusing on training, joint target account efforts, and other sales needs as required.
  • Active pursuit of new account growth at OEMs targets.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and market potential as required by sales management.
  • Accountable for executing assigned sales goals and sales plans. 
  • Consistent communication and sales reporting of key account activity to the company.

  

Required Skills

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years successful sales management experience in the servo / motion field or related industrial markets. Preference to experience in the servo / motion market and experience with OEM sales and managing multiple sales channels
  • Professional appearance with ability to communicate with senior customers’ management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer oriented approach
