SW Validation Engineer – Israel

Roles and responsibilities:
  • New Feature Verification and Testing, Defect Regression.
  • Implementation Developing automated test cases for new products & Sustaining existing products.
  • Will be deeply involved in the process of developing new features.
Experience and skills:
  • B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, SW Engineering or equivalent education
  • At least 1-year experience with manual & automation testing
  • In -depth knowledge of writing and executing test plans (STP/STD/STR)
  • Hands-on experience in verification tools and methodologies
  • Experience in C# JAVA programming – advantage
  •  Servo drive knowledge background – major advantage

Technical Support/R&D – Korea

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Development planning & execute the mission for the target application periodically
  • Overview/Summarize the technical trends in the market to have the leadership for technologies needed
  • Manage Technical issues & troubleshoot w/ distributors/customers
  • Responsible for collaboration w/ Sales team
  • Provide training class for new products / solutions to the distributors/customers
  • Oversees the user testing & report results-adjust requirements as needed
  • Visit the customers’ site & trip to the local area / abroad
  • Build up Technical support team and also allocate the R&D engineers separately.
  • Operate the internal training classes to educate the internal staffs.
  • Coach them and encourage the subordinates to do actively focus on the mission & goal one by one
  • Manage the demo/testing kits for developments
  • Diagnose and Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Prioritize and manage several open technical issues
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements, track project deliverables
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff, provide direction and support to project team
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Experience and skills:
  • B.Sc. in Engineering Electrica, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronic & Computer Science
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Excellent understanding of the Motion, Servo and Machine Building Industry.
  • Good understanding programming languages, esp. C language & PLC
  • Good knowledge for the machine motion process / recipe which experienced

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Build up the yearly business plans & Execute this.
  • Overview/Summarize the market to identify the opportunities & turn them into sales
  • Manage the key customers w/ distributors
  • Manage the distributors’ sales activities monthly
  • Build up new relationship with new customers and lead them into becoming our accounts or distributors’ accounts
  • Visit the customers & trip to the local area/ abroad.
  • Build up Sales team

Experience and skills:

  • Responsible and Controls the complete Project life cycle

Roles and responsibilities:

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Financial statements reports
  • Invoicing registration and handling with the German Finanzamt (Including VAT…)
  • Salary sheets; Payments to the authorities such as social security and health insurance
  • Work with the bank to issue payment lists
  • Work in cooperation with Servotronix Finance Department at Israel HQ as GmbH extension in EU
Experience and skills:
  • German native and English speaker
